A welcome from our team rector.

Welcome to the Eccleston Team! We are a group of three evangelical churches serving the western side of St Helens. We are united by a shared vision to put Jesus at the heart of everything we do, to reach all ages with the good news, and to serve our communities in meaningful ways. Each of our churches has its own unique character and story, but we work closely together—sharing clergy, resources, and opportunities for worship and mission.

We’re passionate about growing in faith, building genuine relationships, and helping people of all ages discover the love and hope found in Jesus. Across our team you’ll find lively worship, warm fellowship, practical care for those in need, and a deep commitment to making disciples. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time, returning after some time away, or looking for a church to call home, there’s a place for you in our team.

We’d love to welcome you in person—do get in touch or come and visit us soon.

A home for every family

We believe church should feel like home—for every generation. Across our team, you’ll find opportunities for children, young people, and their families to grow in faith and friendship. From our toddler groups and school partnerships to our thriving Kid’s Churches, there’s a place here for every child to belong.

Life Events

With you every step of the journey.

Baptisms

Whether you’re exploring baptism for your child or for yourself, we’d love to talk with you about this joyful step of faith.

Weddings

If you’re planning to get married and would like to explore a church wedding, we’re here to help you prepare for both the day and the journey ahead.

Funerals

In times of loss, we offer care, comfort, and support as we help you plan a funeral that honours your loved one and offers hope in God’s promises.
